The Challenge
A major U.S. manufacturer of fuselages, wings, and structural components for the aerospace industry needed to optimize the pre-machining phase of large plates in titanium, aluminium, and superalloys. The goal was to significantly reduce milling time and material waste, getting as close as possible to the final shape before CNC processing.
